What is Ducting?
Ducting is the network of pipes/channels (usually sheet metal or flexible ducts) that carry cool or hot air from the HVAC unit to different spaces.
Types of Ducting
- GI Sheet Metal Ducts – Galvanized iron, strong and common in commercial setups.
- Aluminum Ducts – Lightweight, used in HVAC and exhaust.
- Flexible Ducts – Easy to install in small spaces, insulated inside.
- Pre-insulated Duct Panels (PIR/PU) – Lightweight, already insulated, energy-efficient.
